Scope:

Cosmetic rehabilitation of single family home. Work consisted of removing existing carpet and refinishing wood floor underneath. Installation of new hot water heater and minor plumbing repairs completed. Installation of new ceramic tile in 2nd floor and basement bathrooms, kitchen floor and foyer entrance. A new countertop was installed in the kitchen. All interior walls were pointed up and prepped for new paint. All interior walls were painted a neutral color and trim was painted white. New window blinds installed. Work was completed in 2 months and complied with section 8 rental guidelines.
